At fiscal year-end 2024, the Endowment Pool had approximately $1.650 billion in assets.  This is an increase over prior fiscal year of $179.4 million comprised of $26.8M from net transfers in and investment gains of $152.6M.

The investment performance for the endowment showed a total return for the fiscal year of 10.0%, verses its Target Benchmark return of 9.1%.  The portfolio’s asset class returns were: 18.4% in global equity, 7.8% in private equity, 3.9% in venture capital, 4.4% in fixed income, 11.9% in alternative credit, 5.8% in private real assets, 10.5% in diversifying strategies and 5.5% in cash.
