The Investment Management Office is responsible for managing the University’s Endowment and Cash Management investment programs, and administering and coordinating banking activities for campus departments and Health Sciences.

Fiduciary oversight for the Endowment Pool is vested in State Law (UPMIFA), The Utah State Board of Regents, The University of Utah’s Board of Trustees and the University’s Investment Advisory Committee. The Cash Management Investment Program is managed in accordance with Utah statute under the State Of Utah Money Management Act.
